This page explains how to delete your account from the Jetamee app (developer: Jetamee).

📲 Option 1: In-App (Fastest)
1 Open the Jetamee app on your phone
2 Log in to the account you want to delete
3 Tap the profile ⚙️ icon (top right) → go to “My Account”
4 Scroll down to the “Danger Zone” section
5 Tap the red “Permanently Delete Account” button → confirm → your account is deleted instantly
📧 Option 2: Via Email (Backup)
If you cannot access the app (forgot password, etc.), email us at:📧 temanolahraga@gmail.com
Subject: Account Deletion Request
Include: account email + account name. We will process within 3 business days.
🗑️ Data That Will Be Permanently Deleted
- User profile (name, photo, bio, location, age)
- All workout activities (GPS routes, distance, time, calories)
- Heart rate data & manual health metrics
- Feed posts, comments, and likes
- Earned badges & medals
- Clan memberships (you will be removed from all clans)
- Teman AI chat history
- Notifications & preference settings
- Login sessions & authentication tokens
📦 Data Retained (Legal Compliance)
- Subscription payment records — kept for 7 years for tax compliance (Indonesia: Income Tax, VAT). Contains only transaction value & date, no activity content.
- Anonymous security logs — IP address & login timestamps kept for 90 days for fraud prevention (not linked to identity).
⏰ Retention Period & Confirmation
⚠️ Important: After confirming account deletion:
- Personal data is removed within 24 hours from the main database
- Backup data is permanently deleted within 30 days
- You will receive a confirmation email after deletion is complete
- This action cannot be undone — accounts cannot be recovered
💳 About Active Premium Subscriptions
If you have an active premium subscription:
- The subscription WILL NOT auto-cancel when your account is deleted
- You must cancel manually at Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions (iOS) or Play Store → Subscriptions (Android)
- Future payments will not be charged if cancelled before the renewal date
